When I received this item to review I have to be honest and say I was a little bit sceptical. I have never been one to take vitamins or supplements but I must say that this has totally changed my outlook. I want to talk to you a little bit about Krill Oil and the benefits that it has to offer.

First of all Krill Oil can be very nourishing to your body. With that being said it can help you to have a stronger heart, less pain in your joints, increase your mood for the better, lower your cholesterol and the ‘biggie’ for me was it can help with PMS! Overall it can help with many things and in just one dose per day.

I want to talk about the benefits of less inflammation too. I have MS (Multiple Sclerosis) and my body has a lot of inflammation. I have always been so stubborn about taking the medications that the doctors have prescribed to me because I just do not like being handed pain pills or muscle relaxers. I would much rather deal with my pain on my own or try another alternative. Krill Oil has been found to reduce pain by almost 30%, stiffness (which I get a lot) by 20% and functional impairment by almost 30%. I can tell you that this is the truth! After taking this for almost a week I could tell a big difference in my aches and pains all without having to take a prescription drug that the doctors want to give me.

Another big deal to me was the PMS issues that a lot of us have. I get so weepy and emotional! Plus, let me add that having MS makes it that much worse during ‘that’ time. I have always just pushed through it but I can tell you that this really did help me. It has been noted that women who take Krill Oil have had to take less pain killers and the emotional roller coaster was definitely eased.

I mentioned a healthier heart! Heart disease is the number one killer in North America. Krill Oil can help reduce heart damaging inflammation, and ‘bad’ cholesterol while at the same time increasing good cholesterol!

I deal with ‘Cog Fog’ a good bit with MS. Krill Oil has helped me a great deal with this! I often forget words when I am really tired or just kind of feel like I am walking around in a bubble.
